Fitness

Our fitness program is designed to get you ready for the demands of everyday life. We use strength training to create a structurally balanced body, and increase mobility through active range of motion. We also believe that having a strong aerobic base is important for everyday life. So this program focuses on improving your cardiovascular endurance with mixed modal training.

HSTL30

HSTL30 the perfect blend of HIIT, BOOTCAMP, FUNCTIONAL TRAINING and a touch of FUNCTIONAL BODYBUILDING, HSTL30 is a fast paced 30 minute session so you can get back to the daily grind and HSTL.

Weightlifting

Weightlifting is a program that runs on a Thursday afternoon, focusing on the technical Olympic lifts: the Snatch, and Clean and Jerk. Whether you’re an absolute beginner or a seasoned lifter aiming for competitions, our program is crafted to help you reach your personal lifting goals.
